The Department of Giving & Advancement
The Department of Giving & Advancement works to streamline fundraising opportunities, volunteer engagement, and additional outreach initiatives. Its sole mission is to cultivate and sustain a model of engagement that furthers the United Foundation of Central Florida's mission and its programs. This department is operated within the Global Engagement & Empowerment Center (GEEC).
The Department of Culture & Belonging
The Department of Culture & Belonging of the United Foundation of Central Florida, Inc. (UFCF) was established in 2020 to promote respect for all cultures and identities. The office leads the development of organizational policies and protocols to create a more representative, equitable, and inclusive foundation. Its goal is to integrate fairness, care, and a sense of belonging into learning and workplace practices, ensuring safe and just environments for students, community members, and the families served by UFCF.
The Department of External Relations and Alumni Engagement
The Department of External Relations and Alumni Engagement is a critical component of our organization, the Future Leaders United After-School Enrichment and Mentoring Program, and the FLU Alumni Association. This department is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including alumni, donors, partners, and the broader community.
