How do you build collaborative relationships with customers? Give me details about one or two of them.
Tell me about your most difficult customer. Describe a specific interaction you had with this person.

What do you see as the most challenging aspect of a diverse working environment? What steps have you taken to meet this challenge?
What efforts have you made, or been involved with, to foster diversity competence and understanding?
How have you handled a situation when a colleague was not accepting of others’ diversity?

Tell me about a time when you worked with others to develop new and creative ideas to solve a problem. What was your role?
Describe how you improved productivity or profitability. How did you identify these opportunities for improvement?
